Drift principle
To put it simply, drift refers to the loss of some or all of the grip of the rear wheels at high speeds, while the front wheels maintain grip and control the direction of the front of the vehicle, utilizing the centripetal force of the vehicle during steering to achieve a tailspin effect.
This requires that the grip of the front wheels of a racing car must be stronger than that of the rear wheels, and the principle of "burning tires in place" that we see in "Speed and Passion" is also based on this principle. If the grip of the rear wheels of a racing car is stronger than that of the front wheels, or if both are the same, the effect of drifting and circling in place cannot be achieved.

A perfect drift must have a prerequisite: maintain the grip of the front wheels. Therefore, when racing, it is considered that the front wheel grip is stronger than the rear wheel. The driver needs to master the control of inertia force at high speeds, so that the centripetal force during steering is maintained between the grip of the front and rear wheels.
When there is drift at the rear of the vehicle, use the front wheels to control the direction and make the car enter the corner at the fastest speed. After entering the corner, make the vehicle deviate from the normal driving trajectory, quickly shake the tail to reach the angle of exit, and then exit the corner at the maximum speed, so as to minimize the speed loss during the entire turning process and maximize the driving speed throughout the entire journey.
